Every product you buy from Global Villages must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.

Global Villages 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Warranty information is listed on the back of our distributed catalogs and on each product that carries an extended warranty. If no warranty is mentioned, and if you are not satisfied after initial inspection with quality, workmanship or materials, return the merchandise in unused condition in original carton for replacement, exchange for other merchandise or refund. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused, products which provide a specified time period for return and those products covered by express written warranties.

 

Note: The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Returns:

All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.

Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored.  Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

A complete shipping address includes:

·       Recipient’s first and last name

·       Company address (if applicable)

·       Street name and number

·       Floor- Suite – or Apartment number

·       Accurate zip code

·       Recipient’s telephone number

Late-Delivery:

A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments.  If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded.  Our refund policy does not cover: 

·       Acts of God (includes weather),

·       An act of war

·       Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
