General Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped UPS ground or USPS and arrive within 2 – 10 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Please allow 24 hours to process your order.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations:

Hawaii
· Internationally
Also, state agricultural restrictions in
Arizona and
California prevent shipping certain plant material.
What if I need to make changes to the order or cancel?

Shipping Policy - Gift Baskets, Gift Sets & Flowers
When will my order ship?
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Orders normally ship within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you if we are unable to process your order for any reason. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days. We offer numerous shipping options for our Gift Baskets. Reminder: Arrival dates for ground shipments are estimated. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest Over-night or Second-day service. Additional feature: Our system enables you to place orders for delivery next week or next month! After selecting a method of delivery, click on the check box next to the arrival date. Enter a future arrival date; our system will automatically adjust the shipping date. Note: We may need to contact you to obtain the CVC or CVV2 value and perform AVS on credit card transactions. We can not obtain this information during the online transaction as Payment Card Industry regulations forbids this information to be stored. This mechanism was created by the credit card companies to reduce fraud.
I need help with a large order, multiple recipients and multiple locations. Do you provide personalized service?

Gift Baskets with Chocolate Summer Shipping Restrictions
Designs that include chocolate items will ship Overnight only. Shipping is limited to Monday thru Thursday. Chocolate items can not be shipped on Friday. The restricted period normally runs from June 1st thru Oct 1st.
Summer Substitutions: From May 11th to October 15th we will use the following substitutions for chocolate items
Yummy Kookaburra Red Licorice – a sweet, juicy strawberry flavored licorice will replace Chocolate Covered Cherries
Summer Fruit Salad will replace Chocolate Covered Blueberries – gummi flavors include: cherry, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, and passion fruit
A Hearty Dry-Roasted blend of Mixed Nuts will replace the Chocolate Covered Almonds
Summer Shipping Policy: Our summer shipping policy for fruit will take effect after 12 noon this Friday – May 8th The basic policy: fruit must arrive within the week it is shipped
Last day for 3 Day would be Tuesday
Last day for 2 Day would be Wednesday
Last day for Overnight would be Thursday
The shipping policy applies to all fruit baskets
